At GPVeda, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at grandpowerayurveda@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
